These terms cover your use of Contractor Call Desk, operated by LIQUIDLUX POOLS LLC.
Contractor Call Desk is an AI answering service. An automated AI assistant, not a live person, answers your business calls, takes messages, books appointments and sends you transcripts. AI can make mistakes; please review transcripts and bookings.
The service costs $97 per month, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No refunds are given after 7 days, including for partial months.
By opting in you agree to receive texts from Contractor Call Desk, such as demo links, account notices and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the service lawfully, including any rules about recording calls and contacting your callers.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month. We are not liable for missed calls, lost jobs or indirect damages.
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
